Ralf, first of all, congratulations on your new position as Head of the Zurich & Eastern Switzerland Region at PensExpert AG. How do you feel about this new challenge?

What specific goals and visions are you pursuing for the development of consulting activities?
My approach places the insured person centre stage. Clients’ needs are clarified and understood individually through personal conversations. At the same time, the needs of employers/companies must also be taken into account. This results in a pension plan that incorporates input from both parties. Ultimately, we listen and implement a tailor-made solution in line with legal requirements.
How will you work with your team to ensure that personal client care remains first-class?
By signing an affiliation agreement, we undertake to actively look after our clients and take their concerns seriously. This means that we continuously identify their needs and discuss their implementation in regular dialogue. Although some processes can be done digitally, we never forget the human aspect and the trust placed in us. With this in mind, I am delighted that our team is able to bring their passion for retirement provision to bear in personal discussions with clients, both before and after contract signing.
