What can PensPortal be used for?
The portal makes insurance administration easier for you in everyday business. You can retrieve information and make modifications (only for companies) such as
Entries
Departures
Retirements
Changing master data
Changing salaries and degrees of employment
Changes of category
Unpaid leave
Creating various lists
Downloading various documents (account statements, invoices, pension plans)

How secure is PensPortal?
The
connection to PensPortal is encrypted with a 2048-bit SSL certificate. All
documents you upload are saved on the server in encrypted form.
The
online login process uses two-factor authentication, with the security code
being sent to the e-mail address saved on your profile.
What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
Click
on “Forgot password?” on the login homepage and follow the instructions.
What happens if my company is no longer insured with PensFlex or PensUnit?
Your access will be automatically deactivated.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my pension?
Once you have logged in, you will find the details of your contact person on the dashboard.
